About Paydence & Nature of Services

Paydence is a consulting and advisory company that provides services including, but not limited to: Business consulting, Marketing consulting, Lead generation strategy consulting, Customer acquisition consulting, Customer experience consulting, Administrative support consulting, Process improvement consulting, Research services, Information and decision support services, Travel planning and advisory services, Itinerary development, and Coordination and planning support. Services may evolve over time as our business grows and develops.

Our services are intended to assist clients in evaluating information, considering options, organizing plans, and making informed decisions.

Unless specifically stated otherwise in writing, Paydence does not provide: Legal advice, Legal representation, Medical advice, Medical treatment, Financial advisory services, Investment advice, Tax advice, Licensed accounting services, or Regulated professional services requiring specialized licensure. Clients should seek appropriately licensed professionals whenever such services are required.

Client Responsibility for Decisions

Paydence provides information, recommendations, analysis, planning support, and advisory services. The client remains solely responsible for: Decisions made, Actions taken, Purchases completed, Contracts entered into, Travel arrangements selected, Vendors chosen, and Business decisions implemented. Final decisions always remain with the client.

No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to provide thoughtful recommendations and professional support, outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control. Accordingly, Paydence does not guarantee: Business growth, Revenue increases, Lead generation results, Marketing performance, Travel outcomes, Cost savings, Project success, or Specific results of any kind. Past experiences, examples, or recommendations should not be interpreted as guarantees of future performance.

Consultations & Appointments

Consultation sessions may be conducted through approved communication channels. Clients are responsible for: Attending scheduled sessions, Providing accurate information, Arriving on time, and Communicating scheduling conflicts promptly. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and applicable policies.

Fees, Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

Fees & Payments: Fees for services may vary depending on: Project scope, Complexity, Time requirements, Research requirements, and Deliverables requested. Payment obligations are governed by our Payment Terms and any project-specific agreements. Failure to satisfy payment obligations may result in suspension or termination of services.

Refunds & Cancellations: Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Clients are encouraged to review that policy before purchasing services.

Intellectual Property & Client Information

Intellectual Property: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all website content, branding, materials, text, graphics, designs, and proprietary content remain the property of Paydence or its licensors. Clients may use deliverables provided for their intended purposes but may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit Paydence materials without permission.

Client Information: Clients agree to provide information that is accurate, complete, and reasonably necessary for service delivery. Paydence is not responsible for issues resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading information supplied by the client.

Third-Party & Travel-Related Services

Third-Party Services: Our recommendations may involve discussion of third-party providers, products, vendors, travel suppliers, software platforms, or service providers. Paydence does not control and is not responsible for: Third-party performance, Supplier decisions, Provider policies, Product quality, Service interruptions, Pricing changes, or Availability changes. Clients should independently evaluate third-party providers before making commitments.

Travel-Related Services: Paydence may provide travel planning assistance, itinerary development, destination research, option comparisons, and related advisory services. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing: Paydence is not an airline, hotel operator, transportation provider, or travel supplier. Paydence is not responsible for third-party travel services. Travel purchases remain subject to the terms and policies of the applicable providers.

Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Paydence shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from: Use of services, Reliance on recommendations, Business decisions, Travel decisions, Third-party actions, Service interruptions, Loss of profits, Loss of data, or Lost opportunities. Any liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim, to the extent permitted by law.

Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Paydence, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from claims, losses, liabilities, expenses, and damages arising from: Client actions, Client decisions, Violation of these Terms, Misuse of services, or Inaccurate information supplied by the client.

Termination of Services & Privacy

Termination: Paydence reserves the right to suspend, decline, or terminate services when necessary, including situations involving: Non-payment, Fraud concerns, Abuse of services, Threatening conduct, Misrepresentation, or Legal compliance concerns. Termination does not eliminate obligations that arose prior to termination.

Privacy: Use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Clients are encouraged to review that policy carefully.

Changes & Governing Law

Changes to These Terms: Paydence reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions become effective upon publication on the website. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Paydence LLC is organized and operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
